Has anyone successfully gotten exam concessions at a mainstream school? My son has ASD and the school keeps saying they don't know how to process the application. Any advice?

CDG APPROVED after 8 months!! The key was getting the doctor to use specific wording on the medical report — must say "requires full-time care". Happy to share the template that worked for us.

Looking for a good OT in Durban who accepts medical aid and does school visits. Any recommendations? My daughter has dyspraxia.

Our school finally agreed to a SIAS assessment after I sent a formal letter. Took 3 months but got there. The NeuroConnect letter template made it easy.

For parents in the Northern Cape — Kimberley Hospital Child Health Unit has a long waiting list but they do see children with autism. Ask specifically for the developmental paediatrics team.
